Re-upgrade of Customized Lift Tables Used in the Water Heater Assembly Line

The customize Lift Tables developed by MARCO allow workers to assemble products at different heights in all possible directions, and has been highly recognized by the customer through its increasing orders.

With the advancement of assembly technology and the automation of the assembly line, MARCO`s team has focused on upgrading products and making multi-dimensional technological innovations on these lift tables based on our profound expertise on ergonomic design. For example, customized rollers are installed on the platform of each lift table, and three lift tables are integrated into a group. When the lift tables are set at the low position, a water heater can be easily pushed into the current work station. By lifting the three tables simultaneously or individually, assembly operations can be performed by the worker on three sides of the product. The water heater, after being assembled, can be pushed out of the current work station by restoring the lift tables to the low position.

The lift table has a load capacity of 500kg and able to bear of load of 3 tons at the lower position

The platform is 2.8m long and 0.8m wide

The platform is equipped with black accordion guards on four sides in order to prevent foreign objects or workers from entering the lift table and causing safety risks

The guardrails mounted on the longitudinal sides can be lifted up to provide extra protection for workers during operation

To ensure safe lifting operations, the guardrails are integrated with an induction switch, which is only activated when sensing the lift table

A chain protection is mounted in the middle of the each longitudinal side for additional protection
