Background Information
In this project, the customer is a manufacturer who is specialized in intensive processing of large-size aluminum profiles, involving various processes such as aluminum alloy casting, extrusion, and surface treatment, and committed to produce widely-used industrial profiles, pipes and other industrial materials. An effective lifting and conveying solution is required for conveying materials into the inverted aging furnaces.
MARCO Customized Solution
Considering a variety of factors, including large size and heavy weight of raw materials, complicated processes, high temperature, efficiency, safety, etc., MARCO's team has specially designed a set of customized aluminum heat treatment platforms. There is high requirements on the design and material of the lifting platform cause materials has to be lifted up to and maintained at a certain height for approximate 12 h by the platform during the smelting process.
Features of Platform
- Platform dimensions: 10 m (L) x 4.5 m (W), load capacity: 22 tons, three platforms integrated as one set with a length of 31 m;
- Designed with trolley tracks and mechanical limit protection on the top of platform;
- Constant-temperature insulation cotton mounted on the top of platform, in order to minimize temperature losses and prevent thermal imbalance inside the furnace;
- Equipped with automatic high-level compensation sensors, enabling automatic adjustment when the height of platform drops;
- Lifting speed of the platform is adjustable according to the needs of workstations
